Why Cumbres Andinas? Looking for a good name for the travel agency, in the cities in which we have grown, such as Arequipa and Cusco, which are surrounded by beautiful snow-capped mountains that inspire both tourists and us, we were looking for a name that identify with the place in which we live and develop, so after a few days of compiling various names, we decided on Andean Summits, which reflects the places that we make known to visitors and our country and its millenary history developed in these summits Andean.
In the middle of 2005, the idea of being able to open a travel agency was born, which already having experience of working in another prestigious travel agency, we began the procedures for the new birth of the Agency.
At the beginning of 2006 we already had a clear idea and we started the paperwork, and on May 5, having the offices in place and the papers in order, we opened the office having an opening ceremony with our closest relatives, from that day on With clear objectives we began the great adventure.
This year we started on the right foot, 2 years had already passed since the opening and we were making good progress, we had a constant flow of passengers and the work went from being burdened by the tension of payments to focusing on progress, investment and growth.
Like having landed and starting to take off again, we started in 2009, and thank God, everything was advancing for the better, with technical work and a work team we grew, our work was basically receptive tourism and outgoing group tourism. also this year, we realized it was necessary to grow more, and we opened our office in the city of Cusco.
Every time we saw another year go by, we saw the hand of God helping us in everything, and having the support of our clients and solidity in our work, already having a corporate image at the national level.
